Where to begin?
 
If you have just signed up, please go through the first time flow diagram on the left.
  1. Enter class info with grading policy.
  2. Enter student information.
  3. You are now ready to record daily class attendance.
  4. Create assignments and post on the shared calendar for students to view and download.
  5. When you grade an assignment or test, the total will be weighted and calculated automatically.
  6. Post grades for parents and students to see.
 
 
 
 

Set up Class &

Attendance Record

 
See all the classes that you are currently teaching. You will need to set grading policies and grading categories for each class.

You can take daily attendance and quickly obtain a monthly summary for each student.

Parents can see the attendance summary at parent's portal.

 
 
 

Enter Student's information

 
Keep student information including name, address, birthday. Parent contact information can also be stored.

Students can register for your class so that your teacher account is linked with the Student Locker software that students install in their own computers.

* Parents can also create a Parent account to be linked in with the teacher and student.

 
 
 

Create Assignments & Enter Due Dates in Calendar

 
Create homework assignments, notices, etc. and post for students to access.

Enter due dates in the Calendar. This Calendar will be shared with students and parents.

Students can obtain the details of each assignment from shared calendar on their Student Locker.

 
 
 

Enter Grades for Tests and Assignments

 
Enter assignment and test grades . Grades are weighted and totaled automatically.

Create a grade sheet for each student automatically and print for teacher-parent conference.

Grades are transmitted to the Student Locker software and parent's portal site when you post it.

 
 
 

Chat With Parents & Students

 
Chat in real time, leave a message on the Student Locker, or parents' message box.

Send a message to the entire class. For example, notification for a special event or activity can be sent to the whole class.

Answer questions your student may send while working on their homework.
